Generation 'life' modality

Let's call a spade a spade: life is insane. Whether it is work, kids, family, or even something simple like physical exertion, we ask a TON out of our minds/bodies every day we open our eyes. This device can be used on a specific body part or used on your abdomen to hit your entire body to accomplish whatever you feel you need. With over 20 different programs, there is something for everyone! It is easy to pack, makes hardly any noise, and yet produces significant results. If you are truly trying to have your body/mind be in the best spot possible, the HAELO NEEDS to be in your routine! Your body will absolutely thank you.

Quiet Device

I’ve been using the HAELO for about a month. My HRV has been elevated and recoveries have been good. It’s a bit difficult to discern if anything is happening because the HAELO is eerily quiet. I think adding a heat, cool and/or a vibration component may elevate the effectiveness. All in all it’s solid but it’s pricey.
