Not helpful for me
I don't have trouble getting to sleep; as soon as my head hits my pillow I'm asleep usually. Sleeping more than six hours is my challenge. I am able to sleep more than six hours with this product, but my head is so foggy for hours after I wake up that I can barely function. So it's not a useful product for me. I had really hoped this would help me. So disappointing.

No effect noticed
I didn't notice any effect from taking the simple slumber- which was disappointing.

Sleep soundly and wake up refreshed
Wonderful product! I no longer struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. I wake up feeling much more refreshed and have more energy. 10/10 recommend!
