I've been a hot sleeper for so many years, and can't turn the thermostat down to ideal sleeping temperatures. So I'm always looking for relief. I bought these jogger pants (and a top in a matching color) and have been pleased. Only once did I wake up sweating. And they are the most comfortable lounge wear, so not just for bed - a definite plus!
