So sharp I am almost afraid to use the knife!

I'm no professional but the knife is sharp and cuts like a champ. The sharpening stone contraption works pretty well - the only thing is you need to adjust it to the right sharpening angle using a cell phone sensor, which may or may not be the absolute best method in my opinion. A machined protraction pivot graduated from 10-25 degrees with hard stops at 2.5 degrees might be a better solution - but for the price it works pretty well.

Wonderful knife does exactly what I had difficulty with other knives thank you so much!!!!
