Missing marbles replaced immediately – great support

Two small marbles were missing from the package. I contacted customer service and they solved the problem immediately, without any complications. The replacement arrived quickly and free of charge. Really great fun!

I really enjoyed the Turing Tumble. Aside from the well put-together manual and narrative that comes with it, I decided to set myself some logic puzzles too. In fact, the only time I got frustrated was when the ideas I had were too big for the white board - just a few more rows of pegs would have come in useful! One thing that stopped me giving this product 5 stars is the fact that the board should really tilt back a little further... it's just a bit too close to vertical, which means that sometimes the balls will bounce off a logic-gate and off around the floor - this happened a few times, but with the board propped back a little more, the balls were just a little slower, and also obviously at shallower angle. Otherwise, it's a great learning tool and definitely good fun. Recommended!
