Excellent
Contains everything I need to get myself started on my weight loss journey. Trackers for anything you would need to track and ample space for planning ahead. Nice thick paper too!

Great product/Poor comms
I really want to give this 5 stars but I'm really disappointed in the communication from the seller. I placed two orders and the 2nd order placed a day or two after the first order was dispatched and received before the first order. This would have been fine however the email confirming dispatch had first orders reference in the email confirmation and when I received noted it was the 2nd order. I emailed twice to find out if it was an error but no reply and then messaged on insta.....not long after I received a dispatch email for the other order. All I wanted was acknowledgement that the other order would be sent/on its way and sorry for confusion but never received it. The products though are great and the packaging lovely.
