Replacement Lid Fixes Leaking Cannister

My Atmos cannister was not holding a vacuum and would completely lose it within 1 or 2 days. At first I thought it was just due to freshly roasted coffee, but later found that was not the case. After working with Fellow support, they determined I had a defective lid and replace it under warranty. The replacement lid solved the problem and my Atmos cannister now works as designed! Great to know Fellow stands behind their products.

Excellent Service for defective product

I am very happy with the service I received from Fellows. The lid to my Atmos canister was not creating a vacuum seal. I contacted Fellows via email and received a prompt reply and a request for a video of my problem. I complied and Fellows promptly sent out a replacement lid. Excellent service! I also purchased the Corvo kettle. I absolutely love this kettle!! I had done research on what type of electric kettle I would like, after trying 2 other less expensive kettles that I returned to Amazon I quickly learned what was important to me in a kettle. Detachable, wide mouth lid; a hold feature for maintaining temp and variable temp settings; size was important too, the 0.9L size of the Corvo is perfect (the other kettles I tried were too large). The kettle is not only well designed and functional, but it is also beautiful! Totally worth the extra $$. Fellows excellent service is another reason to spend the dollars.

Works great!

The origonal lid stopped working after a couple of uses. None of the cleaning tips did any good. Fellow had a replacement lid out to me very quickly. It works as described, love not needing a seperate pump to use up space with a double lid. Love my canister.
