Arm is great! - response on returned item is lacking
Love the dash kit and the arm that I ordered, but still have not received a refund on the item that I sent back - a bit frustrated that ics acknowledged that the return was received, but I have yet to receive a refund - going on a month now.

5th 4Runner Dash Mount
Fitment is great but was a little tricky to get the perfect position to mark the holes. An extra pair of hands will come in handy. Really like the usb charging harness. Having extra USB ports is a plus. As for accessories, hoping in the future, ICS will make 1” ball mounts .

Awesome product
The tiny arm is a very high quality product that works great and is also very easy to install and adjust. No movement and my phone stays exactly in place.
