Perfect for training!!

I train Olympic lifts 5 days a week. My hands get pretty raw and I love that this bar has mild knurling. This barbell is perfect for training, especially high volume longer sessions. For competition or test days, I’d prefer a needle-bearing Eleiko or something just for that feel, but for the day-to-day sessions this one is GREAT!
