Avocados are oh so creamy, perfect for a sweltering summer night. I did not get the Red Avocado. What I received was delicious and plentiful. Just as we were finishing dinner the grandkids stopped in, just returning from a week of summer camp. As they scooped up avocado and ate salmon they both said "Thank goodness for REAL food".
