HappyLight® Lumi Plus

I use the light 15 minutes every morning. It has increased my energy level and my mood has improved greatly.

I’ve been wanting to try light therapy for a while now, so I’m excited to have this happy light Lumi. I use it in the morning or early afternoon hours on these dark and dreary days in the northeast . I do feel sight improvements in mood. My sleep has been better, not sure if it’s definitely because of this or what, but will keep using and see. The price point was nice for a starter light and to see if you can benefit from light therapy . Cant go wrong, give it a try.

Bought one for each of my daughters who both live in the north west. Decided even though I live in the south I could use one also. So far after 3 days I’m noticing a difference in my energy level and deeper sleep!
