Lid Latch

The website took the order and your shipping department did as they should and shipped it out. Sounds like everything worked as it should and nothing was "special" about the transaction. I love the cooler but it seems a little steep to have to pay $30.00 for the rubber latches that only last a couple of years (based on the first set). It would be great if you guys came up with a retrofit closure assembly that would eliminate the need for the current rubber strap.

We needed a drain plug so I ordered a spare lid latch too. We received them very quickly. We love our Wyld cooler. Works great for the boat with drinks on one side and snacks in the other!

Had a issue with our lid latch breaking off contacted the company found replacement parts. The company contacted me back within a day and had the parts sent out in no time Thank you
