I ordered this pack and honestly noticed a huge difference. I am a diagnosed adhd woman, that was looking for a supplement to help support my neurotypical brain. I did a lot of research on functional mushrooms and how it’s extracted for max benefit. Then I found Lifecykel. Trying this, I felt significantly more clear-headed and focused — even on days I was off my meds. I also noticed improvement in my memory and had way more energy instead of my usual chronic fatigue. I believe it also improved my immune system, because while my two boys always came home with something from school during flu season, I never got sick! The mental clarity was probably the biggest thing for me. I felt more sharp. Not quite the fountain of youth...but getting there

I tried mushroom coffee and hated the taste. To make it drinkable I would add flavored creamers which just added up the fat and calories. I knew the benefits but couldn't handle the taste. When I saw an ad for lifecycle, I was very interested in trying and the fact that they're in the state I was raised in, yup, couldn't say no. Week 1 I did half the recommended dose, week 2 I did the full recommended dose. By the end of the 2nd week I found my energy picking up, my mood happier and a little weight loss. I'm on my 2nd month now and couldn't be happier. Last weekend instead of just hanging out watching TV, I couldn't wait to get ready and get out the door. And fyi, I'm 68...starting to feel 58. I can't recommend it enough. My biggest problem? Do I order the 2 ounce bottles once a month or the 4 ounce every 2 months? Such a decision I'm forced to make. Thank you lifecykel.

Two months in, Feeling great

I add these to my morning coffee and/or I add to Lifecykel's mushroom coffee every day, and I am feeling great. As part of my life changes including an improving diet and increased activity, I am feeling great. Gut feels better, clarity and focus improving, and I even had someone ask me if I am losing weight! And as a someone born and raised in WI it feels great supporting a local company instead of the other huge, impersonal companies
