Bellus Nylon Strap

I bought this inadvertently and realised too late that I had not removed two straps from my basket. I immediately tried to cancel the order and was unable to do so. Within an hour the order was processed and so I contacted customer service to forewarn. I asked for nothing and stated that I was surprised no option to cancel was on the website. My e mail had its reply several days later when I was asked how I bought it unintentionally when I paid for it with card etc. the tone was not oriented to my comment and I felt like the agent thought that I was lying. She asked me what straps I was returning and told her that I would initiate the return when I received the goods. Today I had an e mail telling me that the two unwanted straps were not eligible for return and I am astounded to say the least. Why would I be asked for details and be told it was to speed up the process. I have had no reply to my second email in which I politely answered questions asked and said that my point about the way my complaint was handled was not addressed. So wizeband will not be getting as much as a centime from me again. Of course, the small print willl be cited to justify the ineligible status for refund. Be warned

I have a small wrist and have difficulty finding any watch band that fits. This one fits great. Simple and effective.
