I love my Bluedot! I’ve used a Brita for years and honestly I’ve never had such great tasting water before. Brita was fine but this is WOW. I did in fact have to get an adapter which was fine. Customer service was fast at replying and shipping on them were fast. But I was frustrated at the fact that I had to email customer service again when I received the adapters to ask how to put the adapters on. I felt like there should have been a note or something that came with the adapters showing me how to put them on. But other than that everything is amazing and I highly recommend Bluedot to all of my friends!
