The Roll Top 20L

Stylish, practical, and genuinely well thought out

I've been using the Roll Top 20L for a few weeks now and it's been a great purchase. The design strikes a rare balance: sleek enough for daily wear, but tough and functional when you actually need it to perform. It's comfortable on the back even when packed full, and the roll-top design gives it real flexibility, spacious enough for a full weekend away, yet it compresses down easily for lighter days. It fits perfectly under the seat in front of me on flights, so no gate-checking or overhead bin stress. It's become my go-to for the daily commute and holds up impressively well cycling through Amsterdam's rain. Well built, well designed, and versatile across pretty much every use case I've thrown at it so far.

Almost perfect

Great bag, exactly what I needed. My only critique is that the main opening has like too much fabric, making the side seams very chunky. The lining didn't need to go all the way to the top, in my opinion. It becomes a fat roll to roll down, and makes a puffy look instead of the sleek look you're selling. Because of this chunkiness, the opening tends to pop open. A zipper there would've added safety to an otherwise 9/10 product.

Amazing Backpack and Customer Service

The 20L rollup backpack is beautifully designed and very comfortable. On my first day wearing it I was completed immediately on the bag. It fits everything I need and is a good bag for biking! On top of that the customer service is amazing and assisted me in a delivery problem I had with professionalism and no delay. Thank you for the bag!
