This is my second set of taking this along with the organic tea leaves. it does help with my sleep. I sometimes have sweet cravings, and it helps with that as well I think this is a great product. Peace and blessings.

Just using one with the colon cleanser. I’ve haven’t been well so I’m taking it slow, but I will try to add another one next week. They are great products. I drink the tea often and it helps me sleep. May God continue to Bless you and your team.
