not great customer service

I ordered one of their unisex hoodies for a gift for a Christmas present. When I tried to return the item (un used) as it was the wrong size, and simply wanted to exchange it for store credit, I was told it was not possible as they are "printed on demand"...we are talking about a hoodie with only one style of print, unisex and in basic sizes.....weird.....
