This coffee is simply fantastic, hot or cold. Not "great for instant" - it's great coffee period! It's been my near-daily for about 4 yrs now, and I don't hesitate to serve it to others. My Nespresso machine only gets a workout about twice a week now for espressos, otherwise it's all Alpine Start. Great product!
