Delightful tea
I first ran into this in the advent calendar this past year. I immediately went to order some but had to wait.
I had not yet gotten into it, but when our wayward cat returned, I broke into it.
Five grams in the infuser. 15 seconds first steep. Subsequent steeps 5 seconds longer until number 6 when the interval went up 10 seconds at a time. I have steep number eight waiting to drink.
It's still tasty and has the aroma.
One picture is my Korean tea ware; the other compares the leaves before and after six steepings.

Beautiful just in the leaf - the rolled leaves really do look like little snails - and the flavor is equally attractive. It tastes both earthy and toasty to me, and just gets better over time.
