Excellent customer service. I needed a correction made to my original order, and when I contacted the customer service team, they responded promptly and resolved the issue without any hassle. A replacement print was shipped quickly, and I received it in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the service provided.

I really love the picture I ordered. The quality of the picture and the overall look are exactly what I was hoping for. I ordered this picture in December as a Christmas gift and only just received it in March due quality issues with the frame. Unfortunately the experience of having the picture replaced was far from smooth. I experienced delays in response from West & Willow and had to follow up multiple times. Time commitments were made and never met. The experience was quite frustrating and there is room for improvement on their customer service.
