I love the basket itself, except it arrived slightly damaged. I’m not happy with customer service response as I feel they should have offered me a free exchange. I’m a long time, repeat customer. The deep purple in the basket is very pretty though. Maybe I’ll color in the scratched part with a marker. Not what I expected to do for a $100 basket!!!
