I like the hat but I am majorly disappointed at the fact that the hat was dirty. There are black smudge marks all along the under brim and a black streak on the upper brim. With such a strict return policy, I am baffled at how Bruno Capelo allowed this hat to be resold. Now I am stuck with a dirty/used hat or have to eat the total cost of returning a dirty hat per your policy. To have this happen After purchasing so many hats from BC, I am definitely going to look to purchase more from my other hat sellers instead of BC. BC definitely needs to do a better job with quality control.

Purchased a latge for my Son. He absolutely loves the color and comfortable fit.
