Initial Pendant Necklace

I love the quality of the necklaces, they are beautifully made. However, both necklaces arrived tangled up in knots in their boxes which was difficult to untangle because the chain is thin. Much thinner than I thought it would be and missing the large circular end piece which the claw clasp fits onto.
