Terrible customer service
Towel: 3.8/5 Do soak up a lot of water but can be more luxurious with the price point. Bleeds colour Most important one now…. This company has very very weird customer service that is just atrocious. I bought another quiver x for my family’s birthday present and I requested for a birthday note. They messed up and I suspect bots are replying to the email, not humans as I clearly typed birthday note as the email content and they emailed me back about slim straps (another enquiry email from a while back) on the same email as the note, a.few times. I posted the screenshot of the previous email contents and I still didn’t get a reply for the birthday note. Instead, they email me back again about the slim strap from no where, saying that I missed out their email reply so they are checking with me. Yet, I did reply and they missed out my email and pretend nth happened. I took it to Facebook and ask for a human customer service. The apology is not sincere. The customer service just be like I understand your frustration without explaination to why and what happen. I was already panicking at this point of time as the present was send out really quick, without them replying to me email first, and their replies takes ages. Sorry for a very messy recap but it is very messy for such a simple request. The process should just be like, read the customer’s email and reply accordingly. The customer service also miss out my replies more than once or twice without explanation in follow ups. I received no apologies from either customer service after the incident too. I am a singaporean and I chose quiver because I want to support local start ups. But this product and service is just straight up disappointing. The company should seriously restructure their customer service and re-innovate their products for the price points, and the generally nicer global market out there.
