Lean and mean
I work out 5 or 6 times a week and am always hungry. Take these before meals to not feel as guilty and keep shedding weight for the up coming elk season. Easy to take, doesn't mess with my stomach and scale keeps going down. Regular exercise and diet is key, but these have defiantly helped.

Still waiting for pack out bites(chocolate squares), I am getting older as a hunter in Ohio, PA, and Alberta. Still getting it done but lbs are harrier to shed as I get older so I decided to get under 200lbs again. I thought I would give your supplement a try. I have not taken it for to long g yet so I don’t really know how it’s working so far. Seems like I’m not as hungry but let you know when 3 bottles are gone. Thanks
