Feel good salmon - in every way

The provenance of my food is important to me, followed by the reduced use of chemicals and then the flavour. Loch Duart salmon ticks all those boxes for me. Knowing that I could eat this salmon raw (if I wanted!) is proof of quality. I buy it instead of organic salmon, which doesn't necessarily meet my criteria. Loch Duart salmon is part of our weekly diet and affordable too. Eating it fresh (as opposed to frozen) it is simply the best there is!

I think of all the fish you deliver to us my favourite is Loch Duart Salmon. It is so delicious. It doesn't need anything added to it, except seasoning of course. We pan fry it and have it with vegetables. Stir fry or otherwise. Good with salad as well. Such a quick and enjoyable meal. Thank you.

Consistent quality

The salmon from the Fresh Fish shop is always outstanding as are all other products I have tried. Their fish is always ultra fresh and of superb quality.
