Description
These 48mm Flat Prisms are used with our Yoked Prism Frames and are available individually in powers from 0.25D to 30D. Each lens is clearly marked with the diopter power and a line indicating the base.

Material is not optically uniform, blurry waves visible
This was a free (thank you!) replacement for 48 mm 0.25 prism diopter prisms that i bought in May. Unfortunately, this replacement has the same deal-breaking issue: the refractive index somehow is not constant throughout the material and it leads to obvious, visual artifacts (wave like distortions and blur).
