I have voted from this company a few times and never had a problem this last time I ordered to repair and the yellow ones came with all stains on them I took pictures I emailed the company six times no response it looks like someone must've returned them or they came out of the machine like this all scuff marks I want to get credit to my credit card or I want new one shipped out They are yellow ones nobody wants to return my messages very bad business. I'm really gonna go a few more days and then I'm gonna know about my credit card company and show them the pictures I should not have to pay shipback
