It's massive, precise in its cut, nice and heavy. I bought 8, and now I have coasters for the two rooms we use the most. I glued cork from Hobby Lobby onto the base so as to not mar the furniture finish. More than satisfied, I give it 5 stars. Wicks away moisture. It was easy to clean off the excess glue. It sanded off easily with 120 grit.

Mainly, we use them hot off the stove under our first cup of coffee. Fantastic! Hot coffee to the last drop. Cleaning suggestions or tips would be nice. The butter in my chocolate chip cookie went through my paper towel into the stone and I don't know how to get it out. Thanks for the product. Jim
