DoubleThick Replacement Cables

I do not think support is understanding the issue. Is there a difference in thickness between the white replacement and other replacements #DUW122619 and #DUW122464 I recieved and the Bold Gold? That is the issue. My original Gold Bold seems thinner/faster/better than the replacements I received yet the pictures all show the same rope except for the color differences. I do not know why I need to pay for another replacement when I already bought 3 that are not the correct one. I chatted with support and they gave me a link and the rope replacement seems different than the original rope.
