Great product for quality sleep

When it comes to falling asleep, the difference is literally night and day with these glasses. If your evenings are spent in front of monitors, or in the presence of other significant blue and green light sources, I would highly recommend them if you have trouble falling asleep. It' very easy to get sleepy with them on in the evening, and in the few cases in which I had to take them off, it felt like someone had just slapped me on the face. That's how much of a difference light filtration can make!

So glad to have these glasses…I wear them in the evening, and have less eye strain, and also feel far more relaxed. They seem to wind me down for sleep, and as a result Have been sleeping better. So glad I have found this company. They seem very considerate and helpful
