It’s great for your core strength. However, it hurts my elbows. It’s go en me the worst tendinitis in both elbows. I can’t use it consistently for that reason - which has defeated the purpose.

Another great product!

Live the "slim!" Just a little bit easier for my 8 yr old o work with and hold on to, and can replicate many of his big brother's exercises with it. Very happy with my Tidal Tank purchases!

Recently received the Tidal Tank Slim. Purchased it to use in hitting instruction for a 10-11 year old girls fastpitch team to, hopefully, help them develop balance, strength, proper upper body technique, and explosiveness with their swings. After the first training session with the TTS, I got excellent feedback from the girls and saw immediate improvement. Need to use it more to state that it is an excellent "must have" product, but initial impressions and results look extremely promising. At this point in time, I would recommend it.
