Does what it is intended to do, but not as durable as I would like

I end up buying one of these about every year or so because it has some weak points in the design. I love the design and the idea - I just question the execution. I'd like to see one made from aircraft aluminum or some other material that won't break after a year of use but still won't set off the metal detectors at the airport.

This claims that it is TSA compliant and will not set off metal detectors. I found out the hard way that this isn’t true. It also is not compatible with any 32mm belt that I currently own. I’m hesitant to order a belt from Mission because I don’t know if it’ll work and they are much pricier than other brands. I’m only giving this a 2 star because it seems to be made of quality materials but it’s just a paperweight.

I travel and I love these poly buckles. I’m finding that I prefer them to my metal buckles.
