This order was different :(

This will be my 4-5th order and I cannot say enough great things about this company and the bracelets. I wear them everyday and have never had an issue. This time however the bracelets (which came super fast as always and was awesome) were “bent/wavy” but I just thought it would straighten out. It’s been several weeks and they still have not. Just disappointed and know this is not the norm for Hayden B so not sure what happened. I have pictures but it doesn’t give me an option to attach.
