Good customer service!
After explaining my challenge with my initial strap purchase, I was sent a replacement set and received them in a few days!! Can't ask for more than that!!

Gata is Great
You are a great company. Not only do you make a great product, you’re responsive to your customers and you care. My wife and I just flew to Arizona from California, and I was so happy to have the Gata mask on the plane. All the coughing and recycle air… I can wear my glasses and not fog up, and feel confident that my mask seals much better than the paper N95’s!

GATA anticipated my problem and I love them for it!
I love these masks and was freaking out that my ear straps were getting old, and low and behold, GATA had if all figured out. On their site, viola!, replacement ear straps. Worries be gone! Thank you, GATA, for making great masks that don’t fog up my eyeglasses!
