I'm 5'10" 190 lbs, athletic with broad shoulders and a tapered waist, XL fits perfect. I usually wear anything from M-XL depending on the brand. These are fitted and slightly smaller than typical sport t-shirt in the USA like Nike. So I'd go for a size up, or more if you've got some extra weight in your midsection. Constantly get compliments about my cool shirt and get to share with people the story of One Championship and it's role in the world of martial arts.
