Wrong specification!

I urgently needed a replacement for my current VT handbag, checked the measurements given on the website and was very happy to have the same bag again. But it arrived it was 1 cm less wide, which means it won’t work for me. Since then I’ve been unable to get a refund or some kind of response from Vera Tucci. Very disappointing!
