It is very disappointing. I ordered 2 attipas shoes and none of them were received. It is very hard to contact the customer service team once the order was made. I emailed them, used the fb chat and the online website chat. No one got back to me and I ordered almost a month ago. I wouldn’t ever buy through attipas Australia ever again.

Not worth the price

Returns and exchange policy not worth the risk

The shoes were too small. I returned them in perfect condition with all packaging and requested exchange for the same pair just one size bigger. However I was told that because I bought during a sale, I would be charged for the exchange. I thought this was unfair, so requested a refund instead. However they don't refund sale items, even though they still sell the exact same shoe (it's not a discontinued product or anything). They issued me a credit note. However I don't want to buy from them again due to the returns policy, and because of how hard it is to get the fit of baby shoes correct, and due to the company being fully online so it's impossible to be confident in the size and fit before purchase. But all of this is in the fine print of their terms, so I don't have any way to recoup the money without buying from them again. As a fully online company, more a flexible returns policy, and faster response time to email enquiries, would have made the whole experience positive despite the hassle of having to return the original pair at my own expense.
