Rapid hydration was great for my 19 mile run. I tried the recovery fuel and salted caramel wasn't the best but I need to try the other flavors for a good comparison. Overall, great product.

I like the endurance fuel. They are helpful especially on long runs. I'm sorry to say I can't tolerate the recovery packets. It is a personal thing. I'm sure they work well for others.
