I called Dean Supply about twenty minutes after my order arrived a week ago. I spoke to a very nice woman, who transferred me to the Online Sales department and I left a voicemail. Basically, the customer service is exemplary. I buy a LOT of hot sauce and have purchased from major corporate entities as well as artisan sauce makers, so I have quite a few horror stories regarding shipping. My order from your organization was simply 3 inexpensive bottles and you treated them like they were Faberge eggs. Each one was individually wrapped, then tucked into packaging. That packaging was then wrapped and tucked into additional packaging. That packaging was then tucked into a box.
