Custom Banner Easter Linen Resurrection

Not pleased

Was not pleased. I called customer service and while the employee listened to my concerns, she did not seem to take them seriously or offer any solutions. I ordered two banners to be mirror images. They were not the shading on them was different. I had sent sn email and this is how I was told to order them. I did approve the order but you cannot tell in the picture of the color changes. Was charged $100 for each banner extra for custom order. The banners were ordered with no words. So basically they sent me background blanks. Also they were delivered with wrinkles and fold marks in them. I was told to iron them on to back to remove. I don’t think I should have to do this to a 4 ft by 12 ft banner. I was thinking of ordering some for Christmas. WILL NOT.
