Happy with my bike but the shopping experience or lack of communication from Unlimited Biking wasn't great. There was a hold on my order for credit card verification. I had to reach out to Unlimited Biking after I received no updates about shipping the bike. Then I had to reach out again for shipping info after they verified my info. They should have been more communicative in my opinion.
