My cart started abruptly stopping and hard to get going again and to control the speed. I have the non-remote model with the speed dial near the handle. I called Cart Tek and spoke with their repair rep and told him what I was dealing with. He said it sounded like I needed a new speed dial assembly and I ordered one. I received it within a week and installed it in about 10 minutes. My cart runs like brand new now and I am very satisfied with the process and the quality service.
