Matte top coat

Bought this to meet target spend, but will definitely buy again when this bottle is empty. Went on the same as gloss top coat, was fascinating to see it change as it cured and it has lasted longer on my nail tips than gloss top coat. I like the extra level of creativity this brings to sistaco without impacting the ease of application.
