The gluten free New Italian loaf is a great Artisan sourdough bread . I think it would be nice a bit larger as it’s expensive . The texture is good and so is the taste . For gluten intolerant individuals I would definitely recommend!

Beat GF bread ever!! I really do not miss being GF after eating this. I freeze mine and then toast it! And the crunch!! OMG!! This is life changing!!
