Bait and switch experience

The cabinets we selected were on back order till late September, early October. So we paid for a measurement confirmation before making a commitment to ensure what was ordered would actually fit. Once the measurements were confirmed we went in to the store to pay. It was then that we were told that the 35% discounts no longer applied and that we would have to pay full price. Needless to say we walked out. We would not recommend this company.

Sample too small

Who wants to pick their entire kitchen off an 8X8 section of a cabinet door. Not impressed!! Too bad because the designer that I had was the most lovely woman!

Ordered my sample over a month ago and never received it. I called to follow up on the order and did not get a response for a week. Very disappointed
