Wrong order was shipped

I got a different diffuser from the ones I ordered. Made the complaint as at Dec 18, today is Jan 17, I still don’t have my preferred diffusers. Company responded when contacted, did not ship out the order as promptly as I would expect from a rectification standpoint and decided to go with a cheaper shipping method from the one they used to send the wrong order and now I still haven’t gotten my items. The hassle of having to email back and forth for an error that could have been kindly fixed and shipped with Fedex(as was used initially) is so disappointing!
