Happy Mistake & Lesson Learned

I purchased what I thought was the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls but hit the wrong one & got Jasmine Dragon. After making 2 batches and finding it very bitter I re-read the directions & realized that the water was too hot & burned the tea. After correcting that it turned out to be a lot better. They gave a sample of what I thought I was ordering originally, the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls. Comparing the two, the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls has a better flavor and is smoother. The Jasmine Dragon is good, But I will be going for the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls as my meager budget allows.
