Excellent Shoulder Pads for a Hypervedt

I work out with a 25 lb Hypervest. The Hypervest brand is deservedly high rated for being a form fitted exercise vest made up of numerous 2.5 oz weights in elastic pockets uniformly distributed around the entire vest. But the Achilles Heel of Hypervests is that they only have a 1 & 1/4 inch wide cloth straps. These excellent Shoulder Pads make a painful Exercise Vest comfortable. I know that these pads are designed for the Military and Law Enforcement 50+ lb vests. But they also make an Exercise Vest very comfortable.

Awesome comfort upgrade to my IOTV

I have an IOTV vest that I've been upgrading, and these straps really helped with the comfort overall. Easy to install, and lots of different ways to secure it. If you can't fit the IOTV straps into the inner velcro straps of these pads, you can just just secure it with the outer velcro strips of the pads and it stays totally still

Best Shoulder Pads I've Found

These are the best shoulder pads I've found. I have no police or military experience but I do have an Amazon Prime account, a credit card, and a touch of autism. After purchasing 4 other brands and then this AXL shoulder pad, I haven't purchased any others. These fit over the shoulder straps of my plate carrier very well. They have all the right hook and loop material in all the places you need it. The padding has a good amount of stiffness versus rigidity, to provide comfort while spreading the load over the maximum area. Previously, with other shoulder pads, my shoulders would be the most fatigued part of my body after a long trek. With these pads my chest, back, and shoulders are equally tired but I can tolerate the load better. I haven't weighed my vest with all the plates but I'm guessing 25lbs with plates and water. I would recommend these over any thing I found so far (but I quit looking after experiencing these.) Worth the price of admission.
